Prices on our homepage are inclusive VAT and is in danish kroners (DKK) and inclusivefreight for orders over 500 dkr.
Payment is possible with one of the approved creditcards, giro or money transfer to our account.
If a creditard is used the amount will not be withdrawn until the goods are shipped and on the way. No more can be withdrawn than you sanctioned when the purchase was made.
Approved creditcards are Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa electron, JCB and American Express. Tranekjer has no fees for creditcard purchases

We take the right to reserve for sold out items or Supplier failures
Delivery is always with Post Nord, GLS or other well known supplier.
Notice when the buyer receives the goods they also have the responsibility of the goods. Is the item on store we will shortly after send it to you. Much of our furniture is special made and it will take 2-8 weeks for delivery from our suppliers, depending on the product. Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks. If it takes longer buyer will be notified. There is free shipping for orders over over 500 dkr. Orders under 500 dkr cost in shipping and handling fee 55 kroner. Delivery will be to nearest box shop (GLS) unless other is agreed upon.
If you regret your purchase (withdrawal right)
You have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The deadline expires on the date of the agreement. If you wish to receive the delivery before the deadline expires, you can express your prior consent that delivery begins and that the deadline ends when the delivery is fully delivered.
In practice, it means that your cancellation deadline expires when your service is fully delivered. You will, therefore, retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is on.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such repayment with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you express in writing another form of payment.
Before 14 days from the agrement has been made for purchase you have to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You have to write this to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email you have to express clearly that you want to make use of your return right.
The products have to be shipped back to us in original packing and unused.We only make money transfers back to the creditcard used for the original transaction. The products must be returned in the same amount and condition. Return shipment is payed by the buyer. We gladly exchange the products for other products or colours if this is noted on the return note.
